The challenge

The Habau Group is an international full-service provider in construction. In 2010, they introduced an in-house tool. However, as they grew, the limitations became clear – especially in areas like IT service management. They also faced challenges with manual asset and license management, which became more and more time-consuming.

They needed a new tool that could automate assets, services, and process management – while also unifying their three IT departments. Ensuring better collaboration and the ability to connect with third-party systems or transfer data through interfaces.

The result

Habau Group integrated our workspace concept – introducing solutions such as Enterprise Service Management and Secure Unified Endpoint.

Connecting the Service Catalogue, Asset Management and Service Desk has enabled 3,000 employees to easily select the services, hardware and software they need via a self-service portal. Any services they request are automatically sent to their device and logged within the system once approved. Three IT departments can now process the open orders, tickets and service requests – and it takes just three employees to manage the entire tool.
