Service Description(s)

In relation to Support Services (as defined in the GTCs), the Service Descriptions linked below shall only apply to 

(i) Customers transacting directly with Matrix42 (incl. its Affiliates) or 

(ii) Customers transacting with a Channel Partner in relation Subscription Services and the Customer has not agreed with its Channel Partner regarding any Support Services. 

If the Channel Partner provides any Support Services to the Customer, the terms linked below shall not apply to any Support Services.
