Dinko Eror Assumes Additional Board Responsibilities

New responsibilities for Dinko Eror at Matrix42: Starting on 1 October 2020, Chief Operating Officer of Matrix42, specialist in digital workspace management, will be expanding his duties into additional areas of the company.

This restructuring is designed to achieve a specific objective:  The social importance of digital workspaces continues to grow, and in order to provide all of its customers with the right solution for their needs, Matrix42 has done more than simply restructure its product portfolio. The company has also reorganized its internal processes, improved workflows, and created new positions – both for the benefit of its customers and to promote further internationalization at Matrix42. “We have reallocated our board resources to increase our flexibility on the market,” says Oliver Bendig. “As a result, skills are tightly bundled and decisions can be made even faster, resulting in synergistic effects. Both are factors that will help us on our way to becoming the European market leader in digital workspace management.” Following the departure of former Chief Financial Officer Thomas Geiger, Dinko Eror will be assuming management responsibilities for the departments HR & Culture, Customer Care, Internal IT, Finance, Legal, Foreign Subsidiaries, Sales Administration & Operation, as well as Sales and Service Management.

“I am very pleased about this new position,” says Dinko Eror. “I always look at our company’s activities from the customers’ point of view, and I believe that this new structure stands to benefit our customers in a significant way.” Eror has already made a name for himself in the industry, thanks to his focus on achieving the perfect balance between operational excellence and innovation in all of the areas in which he works. Dinko Eror has over 25 years of leadership experience at companies ranging from EDS and HP to EMC, and he spent the past four years working as Senior Vice President of Dell EMC in Germany, where he managed over 3,000 employees. For over ten years, he served on the Board of Dell Technologies EMEA and played a prominent role in industry associations such as Bitkom, AmCham Germany, and the World Economic Forum. Dinko Eror was also active in academia, serving as Associate Professor at the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW) in Mannheim, Germany.
