The expansion of Customer and Professional Services at Matrix42 is at the top of the agenda of Markus Loeb, the new Vice President Customer Services. With his team of more than 50 people, he wants to expand the partner ecosystem and increasingly focus on their further education. The even stronger internationalization of Matrix42 will also play a major role in this process.


Markus Loeb's background

Markus Loeb learned his professional trade from scratch: The graduate in business administration started his career as an IT manager at Robinson GmbH some 25 years ago and subsequently held positions in the areas of customer and professional services at various companies. In recent years, Loeb has increasingly worked internationally and has been responsible for EMEA, Eastern Europe and Scandinavia. Most recently, he was Head of Customer Operations EMEA at Electronics for Imaging. This experience will benefit him in his new position at Matrix42.


Markus Loeb's goals at Matrix42

"In all my career stages, the professional end-to-end support of customers has always been an important goal," says Markus Loeb. "I would now like to push this further at Matrix42 through the partners." To this end, Loeb wants to enable partner companies to take over the implementation and support of Matrix42 products themselves as far as possible through coaching and training. To this end, the specialist is working in close cooperation with Andreas von Lowtzow, Director Channel & Alliances, at Matrix42.
