Chief Executive Officer
As Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Oliver Bendig has overall responsibility for Matrix42 AG. His responsibilities include product management, development, marketing, sales, pre-sales, channel activities and customer success. He has more than 15 years of experience in workplace management and is considered a forward thinker in the industry.
Oliver Bendig has been with the company since 2009 and, as Vice President Product Management, was initially responsible for Product Management, Product Marketing and Pre-Sales. In 2014, Oliver Bendig assumed global responsibility as CTO for the development teams focusing on product strategy and further development of the Matrix42 product portfolio. Since 2016, he has been CEO of Matrix42.
Before Oliver Bendig joined Matrix42, he was responsible for product management at Enteo Software and FrontRange Solutions for several years. After completing his studies in Business Information Systems (BA), Mr. Bendig earned a Master of Science in Computer Science (M.Sc) at the University of Applied Sciences Karlsruhe.
Chief Operating Officer
Dinko Eror is Chief Operating Officer and oversees all tasks and teams related to Customer Service and Operational Excellence. He is responsible for Customer Experience and Operations at Matrix42.
Dinko is a constant in the industry. With over 25 years in leading positions from EDS via HP and EMC, he was most recently Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Dell/EMC in Germany for 4 years. He was a board member of Dell Technologies EMEA for more than 10 years and held prominent positions in industry associations such as Bitkom, AmCham Germany, The World Economic Forum and was active in teaching and training as an associate professor at the Cooperative State University Mannheim.

Chief Financial Officer

As CFO, Thomas Geiger is responsible for financial transactions and financial strategy at Matrix42. He has more than 20 years of experience in finance, many of them in the software industry. Thomas joined Matrix42 from Center Tools Software, where he was most recently CFO. Before that, he was Director Finance & Controlling at enteo Software and CFO at Brain Industries and Global Trust.
Chief Revenue Officer
Roberto Casetta is Chief Revenue Officer at Matrix42 and in this position he leads growth, internationalization, and demand generation. His focus is on demand generation supported by an integrated sales and marketing. His ambition is to strengthen Matrix42’s market position.
Roberto Casetta has more than 25 years’ experience in international sales in the IT industry. He joined Matrix42 in 2019 and was initially responsible for international sales and thus the sales success of Matrix42.
Before joining Matrix42, Roberto Casetta held senior sales positions at Axios Systems, Heat Software, and Panda Security. He has a degree in Computer Science from the University of Turin and is passionate about IT, customers, service, and their integration.
Chief Technology Officer
As Chief Technology Officer, Dirk Eisenberg is responsible for product strategy and technical development of the Matrix42 workspace management software. He is significantly responsible for innovation, speed, and reliability of our products. This includes the holistic consolidation of our product portfolio based on the digital workspace management platform (DWP), the transformation to the cloud and the integration of suitable M&A goals.
Dirk Eisenberg joined Matrix42 in 2010 and served as Technical Director Cloud & Mobile Management until 2015, before taking on responsibility for product strategy, development, and roadmap as VP Research & Development.
Before Matrix42, Dirk Eisenberg was responsible for Cloud & Software at enteo Software and FrontRange Solutions. During his time at Platinion, the technology subsidiary of the Boston Consulting Group, he worked with many companies on modernizing their IT strategy. He graduated from the Berufsakademie Stuttgart with a degree in Computer Engineering (BA).
Simplifying technically complex problems and processes for the customer is the focus of Dirk Eisenberg's work today and in the future.
