In order to meet the market requirements in the digital age, the team was expanded to include the areas of Software Asset Management, IT Service Management and Mobile Device Management. The ITSM team deals with the control, standardization, optimization, automation and digitalization of business processes supported by the IT organization. Within the framework of ITIL, ITSM covers not only IT processes, but also company-wide non-IT processes summarized under the term Enterprise Service Management.
