Matrix42 brings Markus Loeb on board for Customer and Professional Service
Specialist Markus Loeb scores with extensive experience - nationally and internationally
The expansion of customer and professional services at Matrix42 is one of the top priorities for Markus Loeb, the new Vice President Customer Services. Together with his 50-strong team, he wants to expand the partner ecosystem and put a stronger emphasis on upskilling. Greater internationalization is also set to play a major role at Matrix42.
Markus Loeb's background
Markus Loeb built his career from the ground up. The qualified business economist began his career as an IT manager about 25 years ago at Robinson GmbH, before occupying different company positions in the areas of customer and professional services. Over the last few years, Loeb has been working increasingly on an international level in places like EMEA, eastern Europe, and Scandinavia. Most recently, he worked as Head of Customer Operations EMEA at Electronics for Imaging. All these experiences will benefit him greatly in his new position at Matrix42.

“Professional end-to-end support for customers was always an important goal in all of my positions. This is something that I’d like to forge ahead with at Matrix42", says Markus Loeb. To this end, Loeb wants to enable partner companies to take on the implementation of Matrix42 products. And support them to the greatest possible extent in the future by offering them coaching and training courses. The specialist is working in close collaboration with Andreas von Lowtzow, Director Channel & Alliances at Matrix42, to achieve this goal.
