Matrix42 Consolidates its Digital Workspace Product Portfolio

Matrix42 is now merging the two areas of Unified Endpoint Management and Security into one solution: Secure Unified Endpoint Management. IT Service Management and Software Asset Management will be combined under Enterprise Service Management in future. A central digital workspace platform allows business processes to be mapped centrally and across silos.

Digital workspace specialist Matrix42 is now refining its portfolio and combining two product areas that it believes belong together. With Secure Unified Endpoint Management (SUEM), customers will now receive a uniform solution comprising the areas of Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) and Data Security. The proven Matrix42 solutions IT Service Management (ITSM) and Software Asset Management (SAM), including the respective modules, will be combined under Enterprise Service Management (ESM).

Matrix42 provides maximum agility for interdisciplinary teams with Digital Workspace Management based on a platform that enables the end-to-end management of IT-supported processes via a uniform console. Both Matrix42 solutions and third-party systems can be intuitively integrated. This enables Matrix42 to remove silos without having to make organizational changes beforehand. In turn, devices, security, processes, and costs can be mapped on a central platform efficiently and across silos. For example, if an employee at a company orders a mobile device, the digital workspace platform unifies all of the associated processes into one. This allows the teams involved to track each step of the process, from ordering to handover, across disciplines and in real time. This form of cross-functional collaboration saves a lot of time and increases the positive user experience (UX) in the company.
