The challenge

Sprinkenhof is an asset and project management firm. They're responsible for the rental, letting, construction and redevelopment of commercial property in the city of Hamburg – making sure any projects are executed in a way that benefits the city.

Sprinkenhof needed a workspace and an IT Services management solution that was comprehensive, scalable, and easy to manage. They also wanted to ensure they could achieve the ISO/IEC 27001 certification for its infrastructure.

The result

Sprinkenhof standardized their hardware and software by introducing our SAM tool in order to accurately record new and existing IT assets in an inventory. All while doing the preparation required for their ISO/IEC 27001 certification – most of which could be fulfilled right out of the box through automation.

They also implemented a ticketing system to identify and start addressing outstanding issues, establishing a foundation for integrating external partners into the system.

Sprinkenhof now have easy access to all the IT asset information they need. Since implementation, they've done a consistent renewal of the IT service infrastructure, a Windows 10 rollout, accelerated their IT processes, and were awarded the ISO/IEC 27001 certificate in February 2020.
