European Partner Conference Highlights 2026
This week at the European Partner Conference (EPC), our annual gathering with partners across Europe, we have introduced a range of product updates that all point in one consistent direction: greater deployment flexibility, stronger governance, broader automation opportunities, and more practical AI value across service, endpoint, and software operations.
Below you will find the key highlights being shared during the conference.
Agentic Ticket Auto-resolution
We launched Agentic Ticket Auto-resolution, moving beyond ticket preparation into automated resolution with confidence scoring, transparent documentation, end-user communication, and advisory mode for human-in-the-loop governance.
Patch & Vulnerability Insights
We introduced Patch & Vulnerability Insights, giving IT teams a clearer, more actionable view of patch and security status across endpoints. With improved dashboards, reports, and CVE visibility, teams can identify risks faster, improve transparency, and reduce effort in patch and vulnerability management.
Native AI Functions
We introduced Native AI Functions, embedding AI directly into the UI and workflows through a unified, low-code framework. With out-of-the-box AI capabilities for key service scenarios and support for preferred AI models across cloud and on-prem environments, organizations can adopt AI quickly while maintaining security, governance, and deployment flexibility.
Private Cloud for Matrix42 Enterprise
At EPC, we have also presented Private Cloud for Matrix42 Enterprise as an important step for customers that want the benefits of a modern cloud operating model while retaining stronger control over deployment, governance, and data handling.
For many enterprise organizations, Private Cloud is not simply a deployment option. It is a strategic requirement driven by sovereignty, compliance, risk management, or internal IT policies. With Private Cloud for Matrix42 Enterprise, we strengthen our ability to support these customers with modern service management in a model that offers greater control.
Matrix42 Private Cloud is a fully managed, customer-hosted solution that combines the operational excellence of SaaS with the control of on-premises deployment.
Software Intelligence
We have also introduced Matrix42 Software Intelligence as a major step forward in software visibility and governance. The solution will give organizations visibility across SaaS, Cloud and on-premises software estate including AI tools like Gemini, Claude, Cursor, Midjourney, etc. through one solution. Customers are able to see what is in use, who is using it, and to what extent. This helps reduce software waste, strengthen compliance, and simplify software operations.
MS Intune Booster
We have introduced Matrix42 Intune Booster as an add-on for existing service management customers using Microsoft Intune who do not need strong software deployment capabilities in Unified Endpoint Management, but want more structured device management. It brings Intune device actions, rollout management, and visibility into Matrix42 Enterprise Service Management, so teams are able to work from the service desk and workflows rather than switching constantly to the Intune console. This supports controlled rollouts, onboarding and offboarding, troubleshooting and remediation, and stronger governance with role-based control.
Complete Enterprise Service Management
Building business-specific use cases and delivering more focused user experiences has become easier. Enterprise Service Management Workspaces are brought into Matrix42 Enterprise, making it especially relevant for partners building extended automation for customers.
A re-designed HR Service Management solution is available first out of the box on Matrix42 Pro, with case management and ticketing designed specifically for HR scenarios. The same functionality will come to Matrix42 Enterprise later this year.
FastViewer Intelligence
FastViewer Intelligence demonstrates how intelligent troubleshooting can become more natural and more efficient. Next generation conversational AI will be available in the context of each remotely managed device, allowing support staff to interact in natural language, for example by asking the system to check a OneDrive sync problem. The use cases we have highlighted include natural language device interaction, AI-based endpoint analysis, and automatic endpoint remediation.
Extended AI Your Way
We are extending our AI Your Way value proposition. This reinforces one of our key differentiating strategies in AI: choice. Customers are not only able to choose the use case, but also where their data is processed and which AI model to use. Uniquely, this allows us to bring AI capabilities to customers running on-premises or private cloud, as well as to organizations that do not want to rely only on provider-based AI models.
Closing
Taken together, these topics reinforce how Matrix42 is evolving its platform to help customers and partners improve productivity, strengthen governance, and extend automation in a way that fits their own environment.
