Matrix42 appoints Patrick Adams as Chief Revenue Officer

Frankfurt am Main, 05.03.2026 – Matrix42, The European Choice in Service Management Software, appoints Patrick Adams as Chief Revenue Officer. Patrick took on his role on 23 February, joining Matrix42 during and exciting period of growth. Roberto Casetta, CRO since 2019, will continue to support the company as Executive Advisor.

Patrick Adams joins Matrix42 as Chief Revenue Officer at a time of significant momentum. Following years of sustained growth, the company is well-positioned to further accelerate and meet the increasing market demand for sovereign, European-made software solutions. This market leadership was reinforced by the recent Forrester report, where Matrix42 stood out as the leading European vendor for Enterprise Service Management. In his role, Patrick will oversee global revenue and lead the company’s go-to-market strategy. He brings more than 20 years of experience in the software industry, with a proven track record of scaling SaaS organizations at both publicly traded companies and highgrowth scaleups, including Ariba (now SAP), Planview, Pricefx, and Mercell.
