The European Partner Conference 2026 in Nice was more than just an event - it was a clear signal of momentum.
Following last year’s premiere in Frankfurt, this year marked an important next step:
A larger, truly European gathering of partners, brought together in a new setting and with an even stronger focus on collaboration.
For the first time, the conference took place outside of Germany - set against the backdrop of the Côte d’Azur. And it was exactly this combination of content, people and atmosphere that made the event stand out.
With more than 130 partners and close to 180 participants overall, the European Partner Conference has more than doubled in size - reflecting the growing strength and relevance of the Matrix42 partner ecosystem.
From the Welcome Reception to the Gala Dinner, the event was shaped by a unique dynamic.
It wasn’t just about sessions and presentations - it was about conversations.
About reconnecting, exchanging ideas and building relationships across regions.
Whether during the Community Dinners on Monday evening, informal moments in between sessions or the Expo networking - the focus was always the same: bringing partners together.
The conference opened with a strong message from Oliver Herzog: "Partnership is not just a concept - it’s something you actively shape."
With a focus on trust, ownership and simplicity, he emphasized how important it is to make collaboration easier and more effective moving forward.
Building on this, Niilo Fredrikson placed the partner business into a broader context – highlighting the growing importance of sovereignty, efficiency and new service models in today’s market environment.
His message was clear: "The opportunity for European players has never been greater."
Finally, Santeri Jussila translated this into a concrete product vision: The shift towards Intelligent Service Management - where automation, AI and proactive service delivery become the new standard.
A central highlight of the event was the Expo area. Here, partners and Matrix42 teams came together to showcase solutions, discuss use cases and explore new opportunities.
Three sponsoring partners - Ambertech, MakroFactory and Labtagon - presented their own extensions and solutions, demonstrating how the ecosystem continuously expands the platform with additional value.
At the same time, Matrix42 teams were available on-site, enabling direct exchange with product experts and creating space for deeper discussions.
This is where strategy turned into real collaboration.
The Gala Dinner provided the perfect setting to recognize outstanding achievements across the partner ecosystem.
The Partner Awards highlighted excellence in areas such as growth, innovation and customer success -showcasing the impact partners are creating together with Matrix42.
