The support of Matrix42 Service Store 5.3 SP3 will end Dec 31, 2014. We recommend all our customers to migrate to the latest release Matrix42 Service Store 7.0. Today you'll benefit from a state-of-the-art ITSM solution coming along with a graphical workflow studio, a new workflow engine, change management and ITIL 2011 support for your service desk as well as service catalog. The compliance suite has been enhanced by adding server license management, virtual compliance and the extended purchase management. Customers can download the newest version of Matrix42 Workspace Management within the download area of our support portal.MATRIX42 EXTENDED SUPPORTThose customers that do not have enough time to migrate to the latest release will be offered an extended support. The extended support includes:hotline-Service (via Telephone, Email and Internet)access to the support portal (incl. knowledge base)access to fixes, patches and workarounds for Service Store 5.3 SP3Within the scope of the extended support hotfixes will be provided for critical bugs only.
