The workspace management specialist ranks 22 in the category “Best ITC Employer 2016”

It’s official: Matrix42 is a great place to work! In the latest “Best ITC Employer 2016” rankings by the Great Place to Work® Institute, Matrix42 notched up a fantastic 22nd place. The award recognizes outstanding achievement and commitment to building a culture of trust in the workplace and creating inspiring and attractive work conditions for staff.       The Matrix42 tagline “Smarter Workspace – Better Life” goes to the heart of the company’s commitment to its own staff. The Great Place to Work award shows just how well the workspace management specialist is succeeding. Matrix42, headquartered in Frankfurt, now ranks officially as one of the best ITC employers in Germany. The award is deserved recognition of Matrix42’s ongoing efforts to make the company a great place to work. There are numerous qualities essential to the appeal of a modern workplace – and Matrix42 has them in abundance: cultural diversity, for example, international career opportunities, a range of entry opportunities, plus flexible working models such as working from home, part-time, and trust-based working to help people maintain an effective work-life balance. Special services (such as advice for staff who are also the carers for family members) and open feedback processes all ensure the work atmosphere keeps on improving. Reliable partner for the future “We are proud of the Great Place to Work award – the ranking is fantastic confirmation of what every member of the Matrix42 team can sense the moment they step through the door,” says Michael Schmidt, a member of the Matrix42 management board. “In view of the demand for skilled professionals, it’s vital for Matrix42 to receive public acclaim of this sort. Talented people looking for promising career opportunities know that when they join us, they’re joining a cutting-edge company that will also be a reliable partner for their personal future.” “The award testifies that an employer has a workplace culture where people trust each other, pull together as a team and are proud of what they do,” says Andreas Schubert, Managing Director of the Great Place to Work Institute in Germany. “Having great working conditions and a culture of trust are key to motivating – and retaining – the talented people that give organizations a sustainable competitive advantage.” The ratings are based on an anonymous survey of Matrix42 staff on the core issues of leadership, trust, ability to identify with the organization, team spirit, opportunities for professional development, remuneration, health and work-life balance. Staff also appraised the quality of interventions by HR to support and encourage development. A total of 137 ITC companies participated in the latest benchmark study on workplace quality and attractiveness and submitted to an independent review by the Great Place to Work Institute. With awards in five different size categories, 65 companies met the criteria and were awarded the Great Place to Work seal of quality. 2016 is the fourth year of the “Best ITC Employer” awards, which are part of the wider “Germany’s Best Employer” rankings, conducted by Great Place to Work every year since 2002.  $('.m42__iosslider a.gal-5975').colorbox({ rel:'gal-5975', opacity: 0.8, speed: 250, maxWidth: '95%', maxHeight: '95%', scrolling:false, fixed: true, transition: "fade", current:false, close: "X" }); window.addEventListener("orientationchange", function() { if($('#cboxOverlay').is(':visible')){ $.colorbox.load(true); } }, false);
