Klaus Ziegerhofer è in Matrix42 dal 2018 e come Product Manager è responsabile della linea di prodotti Service Management e della piattaforma SolutionBuilder. Ciò include il Service Desk, il Catalogo dei Servizi, il Portale Self Service e lo sviluppo strategico della piattaforma in uso. Dopo più di sette anni nella Service Management Consulting, ha lavorato per più di tre anni come Senior Analyst presso Magna Automotive Europe GmbH (una divisione di Magna International Inc.). Come parte del dipartimento IT globale, è stato responsabile della consulenza dei processi ITIL, dell'architettura e del design, nonché dell'implementazione delle soluzioni con Matrix42 Service Management. Ha conseguito una laurea in economia aziendale ed è un architetto certificato Matrix42 Workspace Management Architect (IAR) con un focus esplicito su ITIL, Service Management, consulenza di processo e progettazione di soluzioni con la piattaforma Matrix42 SolutionBuilder.
