- Other data that you provide to Matrix42 AG within the scope of comments on the Matrix42 AG websites, in particular in the forms in forums or comment functions in the blog or the Matrix42 Marketplace
- Data that you make available to Matrix42 AG with your online application, e.g. in your curriculum vitae, certificates, job references etc. (application data)
For the purposes of market and opinion research, targeted communication and the improvement of Matrix42 AG websites and services, Matrix42 AG also collects the data provided by your Internet browser, for example information about your Internet browser or operating system.
Furthermore, Matrix42 AG collects, processes and uses your usage data – together with your IP address and information on the volume of transmitted data stored in log files – for statistical and internal system-related purposes. - pursuant to Art. 18 DSGVO, to restrict the processing of your personal data if you dispute the accuracy of the data, if the processing is unlawful but you refuse to delete the data and we no longer need the data, but if you need it to assert, exercise or defend legal claims or if you have filed an objection to the processing pursuant to Art. 21 DSGVO;

We shall endeavour to take all possible technical and organizational steps to store your personal data in such a way that it cannot be accessed by third parties When communicating via e-mail, we cannot guarantee complete data security, which is why we recommend that you send any confidential information by post.
We use our Marketo website, a service of Marketo EMEA Ltd (Red Oak North, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, Ireland (“Marketo”)), to collect statistical data about the use of our website and to optimize our offer accordingly, to provide system-related emails, information about individual surfing behaviour, downloads of whitepapers, fact sheets, case studies and similar materials and to operate e-mail marketing.

Using the remarketing or similar features of Google Inc.
On this website, we use technologies by Google Inc. to collect and save anonymized information about the surfing behaviours of our visitors for marketing purposes. This data is saved by using “Cookie” text files on your computer.

Use of Google Adwords Conversion-Tracking
We use the online advertisement program „Google AdWords“ and, related to Google AdWords, also Conversion-Tracking. Google Conversion-Tracking is an analysis service of Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; „Google“). As soon as you click on an ad placed by Google a Cookie for Conversion-Tracking is implemented on your computer. These Cookies lose validity after 30 days and neither contain person-related data, nor aim at personal identification of the visitor.
In case you visit specific sites of our website and the cookies are still valid, Google and our company may detect your click on this ad and the redirection onto the respective site. Every Google AdWords client is provided with a different Cookie. Therefore it is impossible to track Cookies via the websites of AdWords clients.
Information obtained by means of the Conversion-Cookie is useful to generate conversion statistics for AdWords clients that have decided to use Conversion-Tracking. Clients are provided with the total number of users that have clicked on their ad and have been redirected to a site using a Conversion-Tracking Tag.
