Lindsey has been a vital FireScope member for the past 8 years. She worked at the country club where the executives hosted meetings and events. The CEO was impressed with her customer service and exquisite ability to build relationships that he confidently offered her a position as an Executive Assistant. Since than Lindsey has moved from project management, sales, and is now enjoying her time overseeing the Customer Success of all the customers in North America. On her time off Lindsey loves to cook new dishes, spend time with her dogs and travel to new places.
Senior Solution Engineer
Mike has served in a pre-sales engineering role, both as an individual contributor and as a first-line manager, for over 25 years. He has worked for companies as large as IBM and as small as FireScope, where his love of technology and technologists helps him guide customers through the complicated landscapes of enterprise service management. He spends more time on his motorcycle than his bicycle these days.
