Matrix42 remains a strategic AirWatch Partner following VMware acquisition of AirWatch

Management discussions are underway between AirWatch and Matrix42, Europe’s biggest AirWatch partner


Matrix42, a top provider of software for workspace management today commented that following the acquisition of AirWatch by VMware (NYSE: VMW), announced on 22 January 2014, its partnership with AirWatch will continue. Matrix42 is one of the 3 most important AirWatch partners worldwide and there will be no immediate changes that impact customers and partners. Management level discussions are ongoing between the two companies. US-based virtualization software specialist VMware is acquiring enterprise mobility and security specialist AirWatch for approximately US$1.54 billion.
