Matrix42 give-aways (mug, pen, notebooks, disinfectant, glass bottles, shopping bag, dry bag and glasses cleaning tissue) with a value of 5-20 euros will be handed out. The prize will be sent free of charge within 7 days after notification of the winner and after we have received the winner's address.
A cash payment or exchange of the valuables is not possible. The legal recourse is excluded.
Matrix42 will collect personal data in order to carry out the lottery. These are namely the title, first and last name, LinkedIn name and the address data of the winner. The data are only required and recorded for the purpose of conducting the lottery and sending the prize (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR) and shall be deleted after the end of the lottery.
Matrix42 has the right to change the conditions of participation at any time. Furthermore, we reserve the right to cancel or interrupt the competition for significant reasons without prior notice.
