Windmark Adds Matrix42 Solutions to its Portfolio

Matrix42 Strengthens Presence in the Benelux Market

Neu-Isenburg, Germany, January 19, 2011 – Just in time for the new year, Dutch distributor Windmark and Matrix42, the leading provider of Workplace Management solutions, have announced their distribution partnership. This groundbreaking partnership results from a series of mutual customer projects that were successfully completed last year, and it lifts the collaboration between the two companies to the next level.

“We are very happy that Matrix42 has decided to enter the Benelux market in close collaboration with us," said Robert de Windt, CTO at Windmark ICT Management B.V. “Matrix42 is an innovative company which offers complete and very efficient Workplace Management solutions. These solutions are exactly what our customers are increasingly demanding right now. This partnership is perfect for us and comes just at the right time.”

The agreement also holds a number of benefits for Matrix42: the internationalization of the German software provider is high on the agenda for 2011, and the company will profit from the expertise and network of the Windmark consultants. After all, Windmark is one of the leading distributors of Client Lifecycle Management and Service Desk solutions in the Benelux market. The company will present the Matrix42 portfolio mainly to customers from the public sector and to large companies.

Jürgen Seiwerth, board member of Matrix42, knows that the cooperation has great potential for his company and for international expansion. “In the past year, we have already developed a Dutch version of our Workplace Management solution, and have successfully placed it on the market – all in close collaboration with Windmark. Thanks to Windmark, we are learning a lot about the software business in the Benelux countries and are able to react to our customers’ demands even faster. This will give us an additional boost for next year," said Seiwerth, COO at Matrix42.

The distribution partnership for the Benelux market marks the start of the expansion plans of Matrix42. The software provider is currently also increasing its activities in other European countries and in America. The company is therefore looking for reliable partners who are able to distribute the Matrix42 solutions directly on-site and to give detailed feedback on product acceptance.
