Matrix42 and COMPAREX sign partner agreement

Neu-Isenburg, Germany, August 18, 2011 – IT service provider COMPAREX will now be offering the IT management products of software vendor Matrix42 as part of its portfolio for the German market. After a first successful collaboration in the spring, both companies have agreed on a long-term partnership.

“The Matrix42 Workplace Management solutions are very attractive when it comes to the automation of standardized processes and to service management. We are therefore very happy that we are now able to offer these applications to our clients directly,“ said Jürgen Osan, Service Manager Software & IT Asset Management at COMPAREX Germany.

The partnership is also important for Matrix 42. The company is not only able to strengthen its presence in the channel market, but by working together with COMPAREX (formerly PC-WARE) it will also gain greater recognition in the public sector and among mid-sized businesses.

“This cooperation will allow us to acquire more new customers from mid-sized businesses and the public sector. This way, we are able to further fulfill our plans for expansion in the German-speaking countries in a sustainable manner and to make a valuable contribution to the growth of Matrix42,” explains Karl-Martin Haaf, Channel Director at Matrix42.

The last weeks have already shown how smoothly the two companies work together. Since aiming for this strategic partnership, the employees of Matrix42 and COMPAREX have already been working together closely. They have been taking part in client meetings together and have been supporting each other when giving presentations. “This partnership already existed long before the contract was signed,“ says Karl-Martin Haaf happily.
