Empirum Remote Control is designed for the efficient remote troubleshooting and maintenance of clients and servers. Its features enable companies to save substantially on support costs. It is fully integrated in the server and client management processes of the Empirum suite. It is easy to use, with no training necessary.
Empirum Application Pre-Selection limits help desk staff to controlling only predefined applications (e.g., SAP support can only see SAP). A scalable window is offered to the support worker, it is resolution independent of the controlled system, so that the whole screen is visible without scroll bars. Reverse the viewing direction – the support worker is able to show his screen to the end user to provide him with easier help. Session Recording makes a copy of the activities carried out at the screen; as a result all actions are documented for training or auditing purposes.
