For more than 15 years, matrix42 AG, headquartered in Neu-Isenburg near Frankfurt/Main, has developed the Empirum lifecycle management software. The company has more than 140 employees worldwide and has global presences in Europe and the US. Customers include leading companies such as T-Systems, Lufthansa Systems, ZDF or ING-DiBa. Since early 2008, matrix42 has been a subsidiary of the Asseco Group. With more than 8,500 employees and a market capitalization of about 1.2 billion Euros, Asseco is one of the largest European software groups.
Empirum was the first software developed to enable administration of the complete “Lifecycle” of a PC or server. From bare metal provisioning through software distribution and End of Life Retirement, Empirum is one of the few solutions available, from a single developer, to meet all of the IT Lifecycle Management needs.
