Herbert Uhl (Chairman)

Herbert Uhl was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Matrix42 AG in March 2009.

Driven by enthusiasm, Herbert Uhl became IT entrepreneur almost 20 years ago: In 1992 he founded the software house Prodacta and went public in 1999 after successfully establishing the company in the market. As founder and CEO with visionary ideas, he was in charge of the company strategy and the sales organization of update4u Software AG from 2000 onwards.
As a great source of relaxation, he enjoys time with his family and salsa.

 

Jochen Jaser

Jochen Jaser joined Matrix42 as CTO in April 2009 with responsibility for the further development of the two product lines - IT Service Management and Systems Management.

Lured by an exciting challenge, Jochen Jaser joined update4u Software AG in 2004. From 2007 he joined the executive team with responsibility for products and services. Jaser can look back on 15 years of experience in international product and project management. He performs his job with real passion – just like his sports: he gets new ideas when sailing, scuba diving, or snowboarding.

 

Jürgen Seiwerth (COO)

Since August 2009, Jürgen Seiwerth (40) is responsible for the operational business of Matrix42 EMEA. During his successful career he held positions in national and international management as well as senior management. Working for companies like Oracle, EMC, Siebel and Open Text had a significant impact in his career.
Juergen Seiwerth lives in Cologne, Germany. In his spare time he spends his time with his family and he is interested in european history, mountainbiking, running and golf.

 

Shane Eliason

Shane Eliason is the President of Matrix42 USA, Inc. and joined Matrix42 in June 2009. In this role he is responsible for the entire business of Matrix42 in North and Latin America.

He recently worked for Altiris, where has been Vice President of Sales for the Americas. He has grown revenues in multiple markets as his area of responsibility has grown from $10 Million to over $135 Million. 

Shane comes to Matrix42 with over 23 years of experience in sales and sales management for companies like IBM, Simon and Schuster and Peregrine, as well as four (4) startup companies.  He has wide expertise in creating and implementing programs to increase revenues for complex software applications.  He has implemented effective strategies for upgrading sales organizations’ personnel and developing team members to achieve long-term sustainable revenue growth.

Shane Eliason has a BS in Finance with an emphasis on technology from Brigham Young University, Provo, Utah.
